From 2013 to 2015, Christine attended the University of South Wales in Caerleon to study Documentary Photography. Her degree was split into two parts, an initial MA portion and an additional credits to make the whole MFA degree.

 

For each part of the program, a critical text was written and artwork created which was exhibited in Wales. MPH8 is the first text which explores the representation of ruinous histories in art and archaeology in comparison to the portfolio. The second text MPH9, reflects on the previous piece, examining the limitations of photography in relation to Christine's work and visual representation of ancient cultures and ruins.
